Staff
Ginny McDougall – Escrow
Officer / Manager
As Escrow Officer/Manager
of Tri-County Escrow, Inc., Ginny brings
over 30 years of service in the escrow
industry, with an additional 8 years in
the field of Real Estate and Insurance.
She has had the opportunity to handle
Exchanges, FHA/VA, Conventional, AITDs,
Contracts, Mobile Home escrows and
more. She enjoys working with people to
help in the smooth completion of the
escrow. She believes very strongly in
our goal of “Trust, Reliance and
Integrity”.

Judy Rossel – Escrow Officer
40 years of experience in
Insurance, Escrow and Mortgage Lending.
This includes 24 years with Allstate
Insurance, 6 years processing insuring of
FHA and VA Loans with local Mortgage Company
and 10 years of experience as an Escrow
Officer with local Corona Companies. |

Celi Bonales - Business Development
Celi began her career
in escrow as
a receptionist and quickly adapted
and excelled in her position and
within 3 years became an Escrow
Officer. After 10 years,
she shifted her focus to Business
Development. Celi prides herself in
maintaining her existing clients and
the development of new business
relationships.

Greg Ward – President
With over 23 years of
Real Estate Sales, Mortgage Lending and
Escrow, Greg brings incredible problem
solving experience to Tri-County Escrow.
Greg’s success can be attributed to hard
work, strong business savvy, honesty,
integrity and his ability to exceed the
expectation of his clients.
