Real Estate Sale Escrow

• $250.00 Base, plus $ 2.25 per thousand of the sales price (each side)
• $150.00 Loan Tie-in fee (1st loan only); additional fee for 2nd loan
• Additional fees charged in accordance with work completed

Real Estate Sale Escrow with VA Loan

• $500.00 Base, plus $ 4.50 per thousand of the sales price (Seller only)
• $150.00 Loan Tie-in fee (Seller pays)
• Additional fees charged in accordance with work completed

Refinance Escrow

• $500.00 base fee
• $100 e-mail document fee

Bulk Sale Escrow

• $300.00 Base, plus $ 3.00 per thousand of the sales price
• $25.00 per claim processed
• Additional fees charged in accordance with work completed

Mobile Home Escrow

• $250.00 Base, plus $ 2.25 per thousand of the sales price
  (each side) / minimum fee $500.00
• $50.00 processing fee for DOH forms (each side)
• Additional fees charged in accordance with work completed
